- There are no open orders in your cross and isolated futures wallets (including sub-accounts).
- There are no active Futures Grid Trading Bots (including sub-accounts).
5. How to Upgrade
To upgrade to the Unified Futures Wallet:
- Navigate to the Futures Wallet page and click the Upgrade button.
- Confirm you meet all upgrade conditions.
- Read the important notices (the upgrade is irreversible).
- Confirm by clicking the Upgrade button.
- Wait approximately 3 minutes for the process to complete.
6. What Happens to Isolated Wallet Assets Post-Upgrade?
All assets from your Isolated Wallet will be automatically transferred to the Unified Futures Wallet without any loss.

- The upgrade to the Unified Futures Wallet is irreversible.
- All assets in the Isolated Wallet will be automatically moved to the unified structure.
- The process takes approximately 3 minutes, during which you will not be able to:
- Perform futures trading.
- Use trading bots.
- Engage in bot copy trading.
- Execute futures wallet transfers.
- The Unified Futures Wallet applies to all sub-accounts simultaneously.
8. Can I Revert to the Old Wallet After Upgrading?
No, the upgrade is irreversible. Once completed, you cannot revert to the previous wallet structure.
9. How Does the Upgrade Impact Master and Sub-Accounts?
- The master account decides whether to upgrade.
- Both the master account and all sub-accounts will be upgraded together.
- Individual upgrades for only the master or sub-accounts are not available.
10. Is There Any Downtime During the Upgrade?
Yes, the upgrade process takes about 3 minutes. During this time, you cannot:
- Conduct futures trading.
- Use trading bots.
- Engage in bot copy trading.
- Perform futures wallet transfers.

You can view all historical data from your previous wallet in the Futures Wallet History section.
